My business involves providing baked goods for my customers. Below are my terms of service and what you can expect of my and how I run my business. For questions, comments and suggestions, please click CONTACT LORI above. ***ORDERS AND PAYMENTS*** All items are ordered and paid for prior to being baked. Please use my website to place your orders. If you have questions, please click CONTACT LORI above. During the ordering process on my website, I am able to take electronic payments for your orders. If you cannot provide electronic payments, you can prepay with cash by visiting me at my weekly drop location on Fridays from 4-445pm. I will provide you with a written receipt on the spot and will collect your cash. No orders will be baked until they are paid in full. I do not take deposits. I do not use Zelle or Venmo. If you have any issues using the website, please click CONTACT LORI above - I will call you to help you. ***RETURN POLICY*** If for any reason there is a problem with your order, a refund may be given at Lori's discretion. If more than a very small amount of the product is eaten there will be no refund. It is a common scam for folks to buy things, eat all of it, then, say there was a problem. That said, I am open to hearing about any legitimate issues you may have with your order and will do the right thing as warranted. ***REFERRALS*** If you refer any customers to me, please be sure to let me know BEFORE they place their order - I will provide you both with a discount code as a "thank you" for helping support my local, woman-owned business. ***SHIPPING*** I can ship to ANYONE within Virginia. I CANNOT ship to any location NOT in Virginia. I use the USPS to ship your items - if there are any problems with your order getting damaged in transit or not showing up, please submit a complaint to: https://www.usps.com/help/contact-us.htm AND PLEASE BE SURE TO LET ME KNOW. I cannot be held responsible for their errors but I rely on them to fulfill my shipping orders - if they are messing up, I want to know about it so I can find a new courier if needed. ***DELIVERY*** I will deliver your order for FREE within the zipcode of 20170. I do not deliver to condos or apartments, only townhomes, single family homes, and, businesses. If you select free delivery but are not present at the delivery time you have chosen, I will wait in my car for ONLY 5 minutes and will then leave - I will not leave your order at your door. I will not refund or redeliver your order if you are not present for the delivery time you select and your order will be generously donated and I will send you an email with specifics on your donation. I am honored to provide FREE delivery for the teachers and staff at the following area schools: Herndon Elementary School, Herndon Middle School, Herndon High School, Dranesville Elementary School, Clearview Elementary School, Armstrong Elementary School and Aldrin Elementary School! If your school is not on the list, please click CONTACT LORI to request free delivery to a local school - depends on the location. I will also provide FREE delivery to the Herndon Police Station (on Herndon Parkway), Reston Police Station (on Cameron Glen Dr), North Point Fire Station (on Reston Ave) and the Herndon Fire Station (on Spring St).
